STRAWBERRY WINE CRUCHON
Put 500 g of strawberries in a crystal jug, add 3/4 cup sugar, pour 1 glass white and 1/2 glass red wine, cover and put in a cold place. Pour into glasses before serving.
PUNCH
Take 1/2 cup of sugar and a piece of cinnamon per glass of red wine and boil for 10 minutes. Then add 2 egg yolks whipped with a little cold wine and reheat in a water bath without boiling. Pour the punch into cups and serve hot.
ORANGE PUNCH
Beat two egg yolks with 1/2 cup sugar and orange juice squeezed from half an orange. Bring 1 glass of red wine to a boil, add vanillin and whisking, gradually pour in prepared yolks. Pour the punch into cups and serve in a frothy form.
LEMON PUNCH
Grate the zest of 1/2 lemon with 1/2 cup sugar, add the juice squeezed from 1/2 lemon, 1 cup each of white wine and boiling water and stir. Then strain and serve.
MULLED WINE
Pour a bottle of red wine into a saucepan, add 1/4 cup brandy, 1 cup sugar, a piece of cinnamon, 5-6 cloves and zest with 1/2 lemon. Mix all the ingredients and heat for 10 minutes, strain, pour into glasses and serve hot.
