Slice the grouse filet, potatoes, gherkins, and half of the hard-boiled egg into thin slices. Cut the dried lettuce leaves into 3-4 pieces. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, salt and mix with mayonnaise sauce, add soy-kabul sauce, vinegar or lemon juice. Put the cooked salad in a salad bowl, garnish with lettuce leaves, quarters of eggs, slices of cucumbers and pickles.
You can also decorate the salad with crayfish necks, crab slices and tomato slices.
This salad can be prepared with various fowl or poultry, meat, veal, etc.
For one grouse (boiled or fried) - 300 g of boiled potatoes, 75 g of gherkins or pickles, 75 g of green salad, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup mayonnaise sauce, 1/2 tbsp soy-kabul, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon powdered sugar, salt to taste.
